Triptolide improves neurobehavioral functions, inflammation, and oxidative stress in rats under deep hypothermic circulatory arrest

Figure 7. TPL activated Nrf2/NQO-1/HO-1 pathway and inhibited the activation of NF-κB p65 in DHCA rats. The expression of Nrf2 pathway and activation of NF-κB p65 were measured using western blot analysis. The western blots and bar graph summarized data showed that TPL treatment elevated Nrf2 pathway (A, B) and suppressed NF-κB p65 activation (C, D) after DHCA. Values were presented as x¯±s (n = 10). A difference with P < 0.05 was indicated statically significant. One-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni's multiple comparison tests was performed to analyze differences between groups.
