The number of cells in Q1 (AV-/PI+, The necrotic cells), Q2 (AV+/PI+, the late phase apoptotic cells), Q3 (AV-/PI-, normal cell) and Q4 (AV+/PI-, the early phase apoptotic cells) were also analyzed using Flow cytometry (D, E).
