LncRNA Sox2ot competitively binds to miR-145 and negatively regulates its expression, thus upregulating the expression of Egr1 and then promoting the apoptosis, inflammatory reaction, and oxidative stress of VSMCs, which ultimately accelerates the occurrence of AAA induced by Ang II.
