RAW264.7 macrophage-derived foam cells were pretreated with 2 μM T0901317 (A–C) or transfected with 20 nM LXRα siRNA (D–F) and then incubated with mangiferin (20 μM) for 24 h. RT-PCR and western blot analyses were performed to assess the mRNA and protein levels, respectively, of ABCA1/G1 and LXRα. All results were obtained from three independent experiments, each performed in triplicate.
