KYA1797 significantly inhibited the LDLRAD2-induced invasion of GC cells (A), while Δ-β-catenin markedly reversed the inhibitory effect of silence of LDLRAD2 on the invasion of GC cells (B). KYA1797 dramatically mitigated LDLRAD2-induced migration of GC cells (C), while Δ-β-catenin obviously reversed the inhibitory effect of silence of LDLRAD2 on the migration of GC cells (D).
