IL-6, IL-11 and GM-CSF levels were significantly decreased in the elderly group and the induced aging group compared with the juvenile group (P < 0.01). IL-6, IL-11 and GM-CSF levels were also significantly lower in the induced aging group than in the elderly group (P < 0.01).
