(B) The schematic representation of FANCC working model. FANCC-driven metabolic modulations are the common protection for humans from cancer, aging, inflammation and DM. Each of these diseases, before the occurrence of its “symptoms”, can be designated by some common metabolic alternations, appearing to be an initial stage of the subject disease. At this phase of common changes, a given “disease or symptom” may be reversible before its onset.
