Figure 12.DPI rapidly induces a reactive glycolytic phenotype. Even with as little as 1 hour of DPI treatment, glycolysis was progressively increased, over a concentration range of 5 to 100 nM, as seen using the Seahorse XFe96 Metabolic Flux Analyzer. Note that glycolysis was effectively doubled.
