Cells at CPD 36 or CPD 73 were seeded into T25 flasks and grown in medium containing AZD8055 or DMSO for one week. After harvesting, cells were pelleted and lysed in RIPA with protease and phosphatase inhibitors, separated on SDS-PAGE then immunoblotted for the indicated proteins.
