Cells were stained with anti-pSNEV(S149) and DAPI as described in the Materials and Methods section and subjected to fluorescence microscopy. (B) HeLa cells were treated with 25 μg/ml MMC for 24 hours prior to indirect immunofluorescence staining with anti-pSNEV(S149) antibody.
