Adiponectin inhibits LPS-induced nucleus pulposus cell pyroptosis through the miR-135a-5p/TXNIP signaling pathway

APN increases miR-135a-5p levels and then down-regulates TXNIP expression, leading to decreased interaction between TXNIP and NLRP3 in human NP cells stimulated with LPS.
